Election: Christ's Honor, Our Blessing (2 Thessalonians

Grace Community Church · 28:40

In this sermon, John MacArthur meticulously expounds on 2 Thessalonians 2:13–17, addressing the profound doctrine of divine election. He argues that God's choice of believers from eternity past is not arbitrary but purposeful, designed to bring ultimate glory and honor to Jesus Christ. MacArthur details the process of salvation, from God's initial selection and sanctification by the Spirit to the believer's faith in the truth and ultimate glorification. This message offers deep theological insight for growing Christians, providing assurance and a greater appreciation for God's sovereign grace in their salvation and sanctification.
