What is the true barometer of our spiritual health? The aim of the spiritual journey is not work/life balance, personal peace, or becoming a master of the spiritual disciplines. It’s becoming a person of love — that my inner journey of formation would pour out of me in service to others. As Jesus said, “The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve …” (Mark 10v45). Through teaching, reflection, and practice, this session shows how small, hidden acts of love become early signs of God’s kingdom breaking into the world.
